WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Generally, we do not accept returns. However, we can help you sell your items. If your return is accepted, you have strictly 14 days to notify us and get this back to us. We are in CHINA - therefore are not liable to cover the cost of your return to us. It is essential you send your item tracked to china due to the amount of lost deliveries.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Under normal circumstances: 5 - 18 working days ESTIMATE. This may be longer and shorter

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL ONCE I HAVE TRACKING?

Most of the time, parcels get sent with CNE then once reaches the UK yodel or Evri pick the parcel up from customs.

Due to this your tracking won't work on the yodel website until it reaches the UK border as they do not have your package yet. You can try tracking on track 17 or CNE but sometimes this doesn't show up yet until it reaches the UK border.

So if your tracking isn't saying anything yet or saying its invalid, please don't panic! - Please only contact us once your delivery time is up.

MY PARCEL SAYS STILL WITH SENDER? HAS IT NOT BEEN POSTED YET?

Your parcel has left our warehouse. CNE is the sender/courier. Yodel refers to the Chinese courier as the sender. If your tracking isn’t saying anything yet or saying invalid. It HAS been shipped, just not on the system yet as not scanned in as we get bulk pick ups!
Please only contact after your full delivery time.
Please do not contact yodel until they physically have your parcel as it’s with CNE until it reaches UK.

IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY TRACKING? does this mean my items hasnt been shipped?

Not at all, as we ship items in bulk from China to UK or Ireland, the couriers do not release tracking as fast as we'd like. This tends to be around the 7 day mark, but can be longer depending on your item etc. Items are NOT already made, they get made for you specifically.
